About Castle Rise Dental Practice
Castle Rise Dental Practice is a long established practice that has grown and developed to enable us to provide patients with up to date treatments. We have a friendly welcoming team that will endeavour to do their best to meet their patient's needs. We are a private practice for adults. Patients under 18 years old are seen under the NHS. We currently have a list of patients waiting for this service and offer spaces when they become available. Not all options of treatment are available within the NHS but patients will be made fully aware of any treatment suggestions that are carried out on a private basis.
Our three dental surgeons have over 75 years combined experience and are happy to refer patients to the appropriate specialist if so required. We are a general family practice that can provide you with anything from simple fillings to a smile 'make-over'.
The clinical team, as part of their role are continually updating their training. All precautions are taken to safeguard both patients and staff against infections. We follow current regulations with regard to the use and sterilisation of instruments and the use of disposable items.
Cosmetic dentistry has become a much demanded treatment process of late, however there may be some instances where it is felt to be not in the best interest of the patients dental health in the long term. We therefore reserve the right to refuse treatment plans that we think will compromise the patient's long term dental health
Cosmetic treatments such as Teeth Whitening, Veneers, Crown and Bridgework are routine procedures that we are happy to carry out under appropriate circumstances.

If you are not able to keep your appointment, please give us at least 24 hrs prior notice so that the appointment can be offered to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hrs notice will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Emergencies
If you are in pain we ask that you call the surgery at 8.30 am, Mon-Fri and we will endeavour to see you as soon as possible, although not necessarily with your own dentist. Outside of surgery hours a recorded message will provide information.

We will endeavour to send SMS messages to remind you of your appointments. This service is not guaranteed and you are ultimately responsible for remembering your appointments.
Patient Protection

We follow recommended guidelines with regard to the use and sterilisation of instruments and the use of disposable items. All clinical staff are required to undertake regular updates to enable them to continue working.
